SM Carmen
After how many years,the first SM in Pangasinan was constructed. Located at Carmen Rosales, the SM finally opened last November 28,2008. Many people have been visiting the place since it had opened. The opening was great. Many people came to see the place and of course, shop. So, if you are from the province, why not be at SM Carmen, Rosales the next time you shop?

Yes i saw sm carmen already. I been there always when i visit umingan i past by sm carmen. I think they will still make an expansion of this mall
