Loving Ilocanos
Life in province maybe not that terrific as compared to city life but there's no greater feeling as happiness in your home town. In our place, which i would say where loving people resides, there's that joy in every heart always. People may not have all their wants but mind you, they are satisfied with the harmonious relationship they have with their family. Here, they'll treat you part of their family even if you are not related by blood and just neighbors. Pangasinan is one of the province where you can find great Ilocano people.Ilocanos are really one of most compassionate group of people in the world. Are you an Ilocano? Be proud!

Nope, I am not Ilocano, I am Pangasinense and our province is of course Pangasinan. People in Pangasinan are called Pangasinense not Ilocano. Ilocano is a dialect of those Ilocano people who migrated to the Province of Pangasinan from neighboring provinces like La Union , Ilocos Province, Benguet,Tarlac, Zambales. Though my husband was born in Pangasinan his grandparents originally came from Ilocos region.
Where did your grandparents or great great grandparents originated?
Proud which is synonym of pride is the opposite of humble . If you Humble yourself you will be exalted and vise versa.

it's absolutely misleading! i was born and raised in Pangasinan, but i am not an Ilocano. just like the other blogger said, i am a proud Pangasinense!
